








Lyn-Genet Recitas,
LMT, CYT
Lyn-Genet
has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and a massage therapist for over 20.
She spent several years managing physical therapy clinics before opening her
own centers in Midtown Manhattan and Harlem. Her work is deep medical massage with myofascial/trigger point work
and neuromuscular therapy. In addition she is certified in yoga, prenatal yoga,
and older adult fitness and flexibility. She receives referrals from over 50 doctors and physical therapists.She has certifications in herbology
and homeopathy and has her bachelor's in holistic nutrition. She is currently
pursuing her Phd in Naturopathic Medicine.
Faith Schwartz, LMT
Faith Schwartz is a Reflexologist
and LMT who studied at the Laura Norman School of Reflexology. She has worked
in both spas and medical offices and is dedicated to educating clients in managing
stress and pain through awareness and reduction techniques.
Sarah Hale, LMT
Sarah is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Holistic Nutritional
Counselor.She received her training at the Swedish Institute College of Health
Sciences and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Sarah's philosophy on
health and wellness is holistic in nature, from the food we eat to the ways in
which we care for our bodies. Her massage therapy practice is also holistic in
nature, focusing on eliminating pain rather than simply easing it. She
specializes in Deep Tissue, Sports, Medical, Pre-Natal and Reflexology
Massage.
Janet Bardini, L.Ac
Janet Bardini received her Master of Science
in Acupuncture from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, New York. She is
licensed in New York and Connecticut, and is a Board Certified Diplomate in
Acupuncture through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and
Oriental Medicine. Her studies of Oriental Medicine have taken her to China,
where she studied in various hospitals and clinics in Beijing. Janet’s
local hospital experience includes an internship at St. John's Riverside
Hospital in Yonkers.
Katie Kheel
Katie Kheel graduated cum laude from Connecticut College with a BA in Dance and Government. She has performed in NYC and Westchester with Eliza Miller Dance, the Rebudal Dance Group, and Lenore Eggleston and Dancers. Katie currently teaches dance to children at Neighborhood Holistic in Harlem and Discovery Programs on the Upper West Side. She has also taught a "Thriller" class for a VH-1 event, as well as at Muscota New School in Inwood and Moving Arts Dance in Harvard, MA.
